yesterday was just long...took the day off from working out. spent all day at RF. Did all the info packets on the upcoming ultra marathon and relay. I am so so so not ready for one, but I am going to go volunteer to help. I want to see what one looks like. Looking forward to it!
this morning I did 45 min of 5 min speed intervals, 6.5 to 7.5, for three sets. felt good and strong. I guess a day of recovery IS a good thing!

Oh man, thank goodness for port a potties. Although I have an irrational fear of them (who hasn't heard the story of the creepy man at the bottom of the toilet looking up...has always scared the hell outta me!) I had to pee so so so so bad...my eyeballs were floating! *tee-hee* . but i did my 8 miles, and an additional .05, just for kicks! |
