did a nice outside run this morning, heading to the gym tonight!
PS: still hate the michigan weather...windy as all get out!
did a quick 4 miles at the gym.
starting tomorrow I am doing 5 miles in the morning at the gym, 6.22 mile bike ride and then a 6.22 mile run. Need to firm up, lose a little bit of weight, and build up some more muscle in my legs.
Is there a layout that can track running miles AND biking miles? |
