did my nice 45 min intervals...had to stop at 2 miles to pee...thought I was gonna wet my pants on the treadmill! *tee-hee* what a way to start the week!
did a longer bike route today. got the hubby to fix the brakes last night....finally! *tee-hee* i told him he doesn't have enough life insurance on me to leave the brakes not working.....*giggle*
Did my outside run. My goal was 7 miles, but the humidity is so freakishly high, it was hard to breathe. So I walked the last half mile. no biggie....
I am also discovering the importance of recovery days. Although I did hit a weekly high on miles last week, I am paying for it now. Since I have to go to RF on Thursday, I was planning on doing a quick run before I went to work, I am making Thursday my recovery day. I need the rest! I do! |
