did 50 min on the treadmill today. It's raining, so I'm gonna skip my bike ride and do 30 min of weighted aerobics then another 5 mile run. I need to start tapering my runs...less than 10 miles a day...two weeks until my first half marathon! woo hoo!
did my 5 miles outside...I love running outside, even in the rain! Feels so much better!
although I barely brok 40 miles and ate crappy, I still managed to lose 3 pounds last week. I became obessed with loseing the last couple of pounds....and in reality I don't need to lose anymore weight. I look just fine!
Oh AND tomorrow I get to run a 5k with my middle son, as his guide. He is autistic and would end up getting lost....he wanders....but it is his and my oldest son's first 5k race! I am so so so excited for them! |
