changed my routine. i'm now going to be running 5 miles in the morning (either inclines,speed or sprints) and alternate upper and lower body weights. then in the late morning, do my second set of weights, then another 5 mile run.
If anyone has a cure to constant hunger...let me know. cause I am always hungry. morning, noon, night...I'm always hungry. I eat, alot, but it isn't junk food. but I am always hungry! LOL!
i was on my second 5 mile run when i cramped up and had to walk a half mile. oh pooh. but i ran the last half mile home. so 9.5 miles for the day isn't too bad! |
