Took a few extra days off last week. wasn't feeling well, just needed some downtime. Needed to create some goals. So here goes:
by Feb 14th (valentines day) I will:
drop 10 pounds....sounds like a lot, but really it's not. that's just 2.5 pounds a week. And with my new training schedule, it is completely doable.
M,W,F: 2 seperate runs, with a short weight set.
T and TH: 1 med run (7 miles ish) with a long weight set.
Need to tone up my tummy and legs a bit. But I can do it!
did my second run. most milage since august and training for the half marathon. loved each step. felt good to split the runs in two. might do it again tomorrow! |
